摘要: This study proposes an electromagnetic method for assessing fat content by measuring the signal-to-ground voltage in milk. The milk-filled spiral glass tube, acting as secondary coil of a transformer, under different magnetic fluxes at same frequency. measurement system included two connected sample coils close-loop configuration and open-loop configuration. four terminals was detected. results indicated that these had differential response characteristics, but their sum consistent regardless A linear correlation (R2 = 0.845 R2 = 0.941) observed between milk voltage. root mean square error (RMSE) calibration (RMSEC) 0.368 0.230 g/100 g content, respectively, whereas RMSE cross validation (RMSECV) 0.232 0.599 g/100 g (fat content) 700 Hz, respectively.
