摘要: ABSTRACT Background  Interview experiences and postinterview communication during the residency match process can cause distress for applicants, deserve further study. Objective  We both quantified qualified nature of various interview behaviors 2015–2016 National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Match collected applicant perspectives on preferences policy change. Methods  An anonymous, 31-question survey was sent to candidates applying 8 programs at a single academic institution regarding their all where they interviewed. Results  Of 6693 surveyed, 2079 (31%) responded. Regarding experiences, applicants reported being asked least once about other interviews, marital status, children following rates: 72%, 38%, 17%, respectively, such questions arose mean 25%, 14%, 5% programs, respectively.
