摘要: Abstract A rapid, simple, accurate, and micro-scale method for the determination of tobramycin, sisomicin netilmicin in serum using high-performance liquid chromatography has been developed. The is sensitive to 0.3 pg/ml only 20 μl serum. deproteinized with methanol containing an internal standard: sisomicin, netilmicin. After centrifugation, a counter-ion reagent added supernatant, then aliquot solution injected into chromatograph. Tobramycin, are separated by reversed-phase, ion-pair detected fluorescence continuous-flow, post-column derivatization o-phthalaldehyde. For within-run day-to-day variation was below 2.5%. Correlation this microbiological assay homogeneous enzyme immunoassay good.
