摘要: BACKGROUND The vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGFA) family of cytokines regulates proliferation, angiogenesis, and migration cells, increases permeability, controls thrombogenicity. Recent studies have suggested that the VEGFA gene plays an important role in pathogenesis metabolic syndrome its related disorders. Dietary diversity score (DDS) has also been shown to potential favorable effects against features syndrome. This study examined interactions between +405 C/G (rs2010963) polymorphism DDS on biochemical profile Therefore, current study, we aimed evaluate interaction rs2010963 polymorphisms modification risk factors including serum lipids, blood pressure, adiponectin, matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-3 concentrations patients with METHODS AND MATERIALS In cross-sectional 254 were recruited. Measurements anthropometric parameters, dietary intakes performed was calculated. Biochemical variables adiponectin concentrations, lipid profile, glucose, MMP-3 measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method (ELISA) enzymatic colorimetric methods. Determination using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length (PCR-RFLP) technique. RESULTS Patients lowest quartile had higher insulin homeostatic model assessment resistance (HOMA-IR), while highest quantitative check index (QUICKI; p < 0.05). Higher triglyceride systolic pressure (SBP) values lower observed quartiles (p CC genotype significantly body mass (BMI), fasting aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine (ALT; 0.05) compared other 2 genotypes. DDS, 30% GG genotype, 30.4 30.8% GC genotypes, respectively = 0.04). CONCLUSION Our found resistance, triglyceride, SBP among DDS. Moreover, more likely BMI, AST, ALT. significant gives a possible evidence VEGFA-DDS association may be relevant Further are warranted clarify underlying mechanisms these interactions.
