摘要: Pretreatment of HeLa T4 cells with recombinant alpha, beta, or gamma interferon (IFN) was found to significantly inhibit syncytium formation induced by the human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) envelope glycoprotein. All three IFNs were be potent inhibitors fusion in a system which Spodoptera frugiperda cells, infected baculovirus expressing HIV-1 protein, cocultivated cells. In addition, these also block cell proteins expressed from vaccinia recombinant. Furthermore, inhibited between glycoprotein-expressing and either immortalized fresh CD4+ lymphocytes pretreated IFNs. These results suggest that further testing for therapy infection will interest.
