摘要: Bismuth ferrite powders were synthesized by a simple solid state reaction method at the room temperature non-stoichiometrical preparation. The fabricated BiFeO3 ceramics clearly exhibited phase transformations to and secondly bismuth ferrites an elevated procedure isothermal heat treatment. treatments 1123 K 1148 made rhombohedral ferroelectrics.
