摘要: Treating articular cartilage in dogs is a challenge the contemporary orthopedics of small animals. Currently application Low Level Laser being advocated for various disorders that why its effect evaluated experimentally induced defect hip joint. The experiment was conducted on 24 adult male rabbits which were divided into two groups (control & experimental) with 12 each. Effective anesthesia using combination acepromazine, ketamine and xylazine. After exposure subluxation right femoral head, maximum accessible denuded up to subchondral bone dental bit each rabbit. No treatment given control group, whereas experimental one subjected Therapy daily 1 minutes diode laser 630 nm 2 infrared 890 14 days daily, then further they subdivided 3 subgroup 4 duration ,2 months. There no trace firbrocartilage or formation group samples even end observation period .There remarkable connective tissue chondrocytes beneath located large lacunae having different type isogenic during month group.. Scattered collagen fibers between chondrocyte cells seen not enough fill period, drastic changes noticed three months full coverage area newly formed Davood Sharifi Department Clinical Sciences, Faculty Veterinary Medicine, University Tehran, Tehran-Iran e-mail: sharifid@yahoo.com
