摘要: Liquid medium assays for yeasts carbon assimilation tests are the more precise but longer methods. For rapid and automated identification purposes we analysed of 34 compounds by 149 reference strains. Assays were carried in liquid shaken (Autobac∘ system) readings nephelemetric. Valuable results obtained 72 hours their analysis allowed us to classify substrates ability minimize number doubtful results.
