摘要: The conditioned place preference (CPP) model has been widely used to evaluate the rewarding effects of abused drugs, and recently, extinction reinstatement phases this paradigm have assess relapse drug seeking. vast majority studies focused on CPP induced by illicit such as psychostimulants opioids. Although legal psychoactive ethanol, nicotine, caffeine, are more than illegal establishment, extinction, produced these licit drugs less well understood. present review discusses extant research drugs. We first describe discuss behavioral procedures induce for caffeine. then summarize neuronal substrates that underlie from a genetic perspective. Finally, we draw findings pharmacological neurotransmitters neurohormones underlying
