摘要: This study supports the thesis that physical findings of pelvic relaxation, such as cystourethrocele, are results isolated defects in fascia rather than generalized stretching or attenuation supporting structures. The most frequently encountered defect resulting cystourethrocele with stress urinary incontinence was a paravaginal break pubocervical segment endopelvic between lateral edge vagina and sidewall. operative approach to this is described. overall 233 procedures performed by 2 separate groups analyzed. Functionally satisfactory were obtained over 95% patients 8 years follow-up. use an indwelling urethral catheter found be unnecessary, all experienced rapid return normal bladder function. average length postoperative hospital stay 5 days.
