摘要: This dissertation is a critical action research study on full inclusion for students with learning disabilities. The describes how 16 disabilities in three regular classes was implemented an Illinois elementary school over one year period. purpose of this to describe transformational leadership, collaborative decision-making and helped the development inclusion. Action method used 1) observe collect data about project, 2) analyze what happening, 3) help guide teaching team taking actions improve program students. Both qualitative quantitative study. Collaborative by result ed design implementation project. We were able integrate through teaching, instructional grouping cooperative learning. project showed that planning time additional personnel needed educate many adequately. Teacher perceptions socialization their typical peers improved as being same classes, while individual academic growth less than expected. concluded leadership teachers essential Full Inclusion education possible because philosophical commitment principal thoughtful dedication task.
