摘要: Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is an effective platform for a variety of therapies in the management benign and malignant disease pancreas. Over last 50 years, endotherapy has evolved into first-line therapy majority acute chronic inflammatory diseases As this field advances, it important that gastroenterologists maintain adequate knowledge procedure indication, sufficient volume to handle complex pancreatic endotherapy, understand alternate approaches including medical management, guided by endoscopic ultrasonography, surgical options.
