摘要: A method of and apparatus for reducing drag produced by relative air movement on a moving body are disclosed. The includes the steps modifying rear pressure behind such that is increased, wherein step inletting an amount from boundary flow around forming shell body, large vortex outletting inlet at in plurality small high-energy vortices.
