摘要: Multi-state Markov processes have been introduced recently in Health Sciences order to study disease history events. This sort of model some advantages respect traditional survival analysis, therefore they are an important line research into stochastic applied Epidemiology. However these types models increase the complexity even for simpler processes, and standard software is limited. In this paper, two methods fitting homogene ous proposed compared.
