摘要: This article provides a summary of what is known about the digital delivery body image prevention and intervention programs. Most commonly, problems are addressed within eating disorder Although number interventions evaluated small, results suggest that digitally delivered effective in improving image. Both synchronous asynchronous approaches with without social networking have demonstrated positive effects on participants’ There advantages disadvantages delivering programs for both consumer health care professional. Many important research questions regarding effectiveness remain unanswered.
