摘要: Abstract The total cross section for double ionization of lithium-like ions by a high-energy photon is calculated in leading order the nonrelativistic perturbation theory. partial contributions due to simultaneous and sequential emissions two electrons are taken into account. under consideration shown be related those photoeffect on ground excited 2 1 , 3 S states helium-like ions. double-to-single ratio equal R = 0.288 / Z with moderate nuclear charge numbers Z. However, even lightest three-electron targets such as Li Be+, analytical predictions found good agreement numerical calculations performed within framework different rather involved approaches.
