摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a cellulose ester film with excellent moisture resistance in which phase difference variation response to variations ambient humidity does not occur easily as well manufacturing method therefor. This film, is stretched characterized that post-stretching haze value adjusted be within range 0.1 - 0.9 times pre-stretching value.
