摘要: A method and apparatus provides charging information regarding devices such as a portable terminal with solar cell. The cell charges the battery of highest efficiency at an optimal angle. angle is determined according to location time information. When performs process efficiency, user average help containing user's manual environmental conditions, temperature, humidity, weather etc.
