摘要: The invention provides a nucleic acid probe (2) for detecting polynucleotide. contains region (4) that base-pairs with polynucleotide to form duplex and T m enhancement domain (6) increases the stability of duplex. may contain nucleotide clamp (16) and/or hairpin structure (12, 14, 18) example. Also provided is an array subject probes bound surface solid support (8). Methods using assess polynucleotides, e.g., small RNAs in sample are provided, as kits use practicing methods.
