摘要: Characterizing the movement patterns of animals is crucial to improve our understanding their behavior and thus develop adequate conservation strategies. Such investigations, which could not have been implemented in practice only a few years ago, facilitated through recent advances tracking methods that enable researchers study animal at an unprecedented spatio-temporal resolution. However, identification extraction from trajectories still general problem has relevance for many applications. Here, we rely on concept resting event networks identify presence daily mobility trajectories. We illustrate approach by analyzing several fish species large hydropeaking river.
