Morphological and anatomical properties of Lathyrus cilicicus Hayek & Siehe (sect. platystylis, Fabaceae) from the Mediterranean region of Turkey.

摘要: The morphology and anatomy of Lathyrus cilicicus Hayek & Siehe (Fabaceae) were studied in order to understand the usefulness these characteristics for systematics purposes. is a Mediterranena element which grows macchie, cornfields cliffs central portion Mediterranean region Turkey. An expanded amended description species given. In study, anatomical features are reported first time. Anatomical studies have been carried out on tranverse sections roots, stems leaves. Some characters such as number cortex layers pith rays root, collenchymatous cell stem well developed sclerenchyma tissues leaf provide information taxonomical significance.
