摘要: We subjected 263 baboons to different diets determine the effects of diet on serum Lp(a) concentrations. levels increased when saturated fat and cholesterol were added diet. A subset 139 fed a third containing but no cholesterol, permitting estimation alone in environment. Both components significantly Sire group membership also affected responses concentrations diet, indicating genetic control response. In protocol, 124 enriched with for more than 18 months. As expected, after 8 weeks feeding atherogenic diet; there additional changes during long-term However, sire response feeding. These results indicate that are significant dietary lipid time
