摘要: The study was conducted to investigate the diagnostic performance of serum LIM homeobox transcription factor 1 alpha (LMX1A) in patients with gastric cancer (GC).The level LMX1A GC, benign, and healthy groups measured using quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) compared student t test. associations levels clinical parameters were analyzed chi-square value GC evaluated by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.The group (1.309 ± 0.553) significantly lower than that benign (2.174 ± 0.676) (2.598 ± 0.826) (P < .01 for both). decreased associated large tumor size (P = .009), positive lymph node metastasis (P = .027), advanced TNM stages (P = .002). Receiver analysis demonstrated could discriminate from individuals, area under curve (AUC) 0.889 (95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.838-0.938) combining sensitivity specificity 82.68% 82.61%. Additionally, also exhibited high accuracy discriminating between disease cases (AUC = 0.842, 95% CI = 0.782-0.901), 81.89% 72.41%.Serum may be an effective biomarker early detection GC.
