摘要: We consider the problem of joint admission control and resource allocation in a secondary code-division network coexisting with narrow-band primary system. Our objective is to find maximum number admitted links then optimal transmitting powers code sequences those such that total energy consumption minimized subject conditions interference temperature constraints, Signal-to-Interference-plus-Noise Ratio (SINR) constraints peak power are all satisfied. This an NP-hard optimization which motivates development efficient suboptimal algorithms. propose novel iterative algorithm solve this computationally manner. Numerical results demonstrate proposed provides excellent solutions result large percentage high efficiency.
