摘要: This concluding chapter recapitulates the findings of this study. We first summarize main events in relation to environmental management contaminated site Bonfol. then discuss question whether strength regulations, and type interactions between public, private, civil society actors, can contribute explain performance sites management. Drawing lessons from evidence gathered research, we conclude by debating value institutional flexibility for dealing with issues such as sites. argue that lead sustainable only if interests are sufficiently well represented open deliberative decision arenas, public authorities fully assume role arbitration. Based on this, suggest a few recommendations how current policy Switzerland could be improved.
