摘要: Aim The aim of this study was to evaluate risk screening for pressure ulcer by using the Care Dependency Scale (CDS) patients receiving home care or admitted a residential nursing in Netherlands. Background Pressure is serious and persistent problem throughout Western world. Pressure among most common adverse events practice when occurs it has many consequences healthcare professionals. Design Cross-sectional design. Methods The convenience sample consisted 13,633 participants, whom 2639 received from 15 organisations, 4077 were 67 homes 6917 105 homes. Data taken Dutch National Prevalence Survey Problems that carried out April 2012 settings. Results For three settings, cut-off points above 80% sensitivity established, while an almost 60% combined specificity score identified.
