摘要: Cryoglobulins are immunoglobulins with the ability to precipitate at temperatures <37 °C. They related hematological disorders, infections [especially hepatitis C virus (HCV)], and autoimmune diseases. In this article, state of art on Cryoglobulinemic Vasculitis (CV), in a helpful schematic way, special focus HCV Mixed Cryoglobulinemia treatment are reviewed. Direct – acting antivirals (DAA) against have emerged as an important key treatment to related Vasculitis, should be kept mind initial non–severe manifestations. On other hand, recent consensus panel has published their recommendations for severe life threatening manifestations Cryoglobulinemias. HCV-Cryoglobulinemic vasculitis is most frequent form CV. There new options HCV-CV DAA, number patients achieving complete response sustained virologic (SVR). cases forms CV, Rituximab PLEX options. The lack data maintenance therapy could impulse future studies setting.
