摘要: The higher concentration during exercise at which lactate entry in blood equals its removal is known as ‘maximal steady state’ (MLSS) and considered an important indicator of endurance capacity. aim the present study was to determine MLSS rats swimming exercise. Adult male Wistar rats, were adapted water for 3 weeks, used. After this, animals separated random into groups submitted once a week sessions 20 min, supporting loads 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10% body wt. 6 consecutive weeks. Blood determined every 5 min find MLSS. Sedentary presented with overloads 6% 5.5 mmol/l lactate. There significant (P<0.05) increase other loads. In another set experiments, same strain, sex age daily 60 8% overload, days/week, then session overload before beginning after 10 acute protocol used control. Physical training did not alter value but shifted it intensity (8% overload). Taken together these results indicate that measured conditions reproducible seemed be independent physical condition animals.
