摘要: Background Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is associated with poor survival. This study compared the outcomes of patients unresectable ICC treated hepatic arterial infusion (HAI) plus systemic chemotherapy (SYS) SYS alone. Methods Consecutive were retrospectively reviewed. Clinicopathologic data Survival rates by Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank testing. Results Between January 2000 August 2012, 525 evaluated at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, 236 tumors (locally advanced or metastatic) analyzed. Disease was confined to liver in 104 patients, who underwent treatment combined HAI (n = 78 75%) alone 26 25%). The response rate group better than receiving alone, although this did not reach statistical significance (59% vs 39%, P .11). Overall survival for longer overall received (30.8 18.4 months, Conclusions In limited regional nodal disease, a combination greater 2016;122:758-765. © 2015 American Society.
