摘要: The fatty acyl components of the phospholipids from spongePetrosia ficiformis consisted predominantly branched, especially iso and anteiso acids. two major complex mixture are hitherto unknown Z,Z-25-methyl-5,9-hexacosadienoic Z,Z-24-methyl-5,9-hexacosadienoic Other acids are: 7,13,16-docosatrienoic acid, 15-methyldocosanoic 15-methyltricosanoic acid 24-methyl-5,9-pentacosadienoic acid. Short branched-chain acids, presumably bacterial origin, considered to be possible bioprecursors these novel phospholipid constituents. were PE, PC, PG, PS PI. distribution among classes was also studied.
