摘要: Patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) have an increased occurrence of cardiac valve abnormalities. However, the prevalence abnormalities in patients a uniform genotype ADPKD has not been previously reported. We performed M-mode and color Doppler echocardiography on 109 from 16 families type 1 (PKD1). Findings were compared those 73 unaffected family members healthy controls. Mitral prolapse was found 26% PKD1, 14% relatives, 10% control subjects. The hemodynamically significant mitral regurgitation (grade 2 or 3) 13%, 4%, 3%, respectively. Prevalences grade 3 aortic (8%, respectively) tricuspid (4%, 6%, 7%, significantly different among three groups. Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) 19% subjects 6% 4% Systolic blood pressure severity renal insufficiency related to LVH PKD1. did differ between relatives is characteristic finding Conversely, are likely be secondary elevated these patients.
