摘要: Molecular chaperone is a molecule preventing the aggregation, denaturation, and inactivation of various proteins when cells were exposed to extreme environmental conditions, such as high temperature or drought. One an Elongation factor Tu (EF Tu). We have isolated elongation gene from sugarcane cDNA which was heat-treated at 45°C for 16 h using reverse transcriptase PCR. The isolation made in two steps. first steps internal primer developed tuf sequence maize available GenBank. Since partial needs be filled in, KEGG genome added into new designed make overlapped This technique used clone bacterial expression vector pET-32b order test soc-tuf function molecular system. results showed that had homology 94% with 97% sorghum amino acid sequence. deduced 92% 95% sorghum, respectively. Gene analysis conducted by generate phylogenetic tree. Based on tree, Sugarcane actually clustered Sorghum bicolor Zea mays Thus, it possibility having similar motif, protein structure, can maize.
