摘要: Factor B is a water-soluble protein, which required for the coupled activity of mitochondrial ATP synthase complex. Specific removal factor from well-coupled bovine heart submitochondrial particles (SMP) results in uncoupling and loss ATP-driven membrane potential formation reverse electron transfer succinate to NAD.
