摘要: THE CLINICAL evaluation of diseases involving the venous system has been hampered somewhat by lack ancillary diagnostic aids. Aside from history and physical examination, only readily available methods study are venography pressure measurements. These techniques have not generally accepted with same enthusiasm as arteriography or plethysmography in arterial disease because it is special circumstances that findings directly influence type therapy to be employed. While certainly true there entities such varicose veins, superficial thrombophlebitis, iliofemoral thrombosis which often simple diagnose, many situations additional information would desirable.
