摘要: Construction safety performance can be measured in a number of ways. Some the popular indicators include construction accidents, fatalities and rate compensation. Nevertheless, it is criticised that these lagging cannot accurately measure on sites. Hence, another strand literature views issue from climate social exchange perspective. Safety climate, our perceptions practices, policies, procedures about site provides an indicator for priority at work. On other hand, theory perceived organisation support affects obligation, gratitude trust various issues workplace including safety. Perceived organizational leader membership exchange, under umbrella are two major items which may affect performance.
