摘要: In Turkey, the most important problem for food safety is supply of goodquality, safe raw material to dairy industry. Milk collection centres (MCC) play an role between farms and or der high-quality, adequate milk required by processing firms, MCCs in Turkish chain act as a bridge be tween industry . The aim this paper demonstrate supplying good-quality, sector. According results study, some problems ap pear evident because produced on small farms. are al so medium size, therefore analyses cannot fully achieved absence qualified personnel equipment inadequa cies.
