摘要: The socio-cognitive approach to teamwork has gained a lot of attention recently. Especially the concept transactive memory (i.e., knowledge about each other’s knowledge) been fruitfully applied team level. First, we extend by considering wider range interpersonal aspects (e.g., personal traits, external relations, background knowledge). Second, delineate practical approaches develop quickly. We distinguish between two training sequences: disclosure and updating. Whereas cross-training is an appropriate at beginning teamwork, refer after action review as effective tool update other in ongoing activities. Finally, open questions are discussed.
