摘要: Children with cerebral palsy (CP) are at risk for aspiration oral feeding potential pulmonary consequences, and commonly have reduced nutrition/hydration status prolonged stressful meal times. There is considerable variability in the nature severity of swallowing problems these children whose needs change over time. generalized severe motor impairment (for example, spastic quadriplegia) likely to experience greater deficits than those diplegia, but oropharyngeal dysphagia prevalent even mild CP. This review focused on CP: types deficits, clinical instrumental evaluation, management decision making evidence effectiveness interventions.
