摘要: Abstract Twelve third order depositional sequences (SQ1 to SQ12) are defined of the Upper Jurassic-Lower Cretaceous succession in Masilah oilfields, Sayun-Masilah Basin, Yemen based on analysis well logs and integrated datasets (biostratigraphic, petrographic seismic data). These which bracketed by thirteen sequence boundaries (SB1 SB13) represent several stages transgression regression that caused changes facies types. The base this study unconformably overlies basement complex at start regional represented Shuqra Formation (TST1), whereas top is bounded normal Qishn Carbonate Member (HST12). producing horizons located highstand transgressive systems tracts Lower clastic (SQ8 SQ11). main sandstone reservoir recorded four progradational (HST8-HST11) about 224.5 m. It occurs as tract (TST11) representing 67 m.
