摘要: The data reported by Wright, Marple and Beck 1 indicate that the mortality rate incidence of thromboembolic complications in acute myocardial infarction are significantly lower among patients treated with anticoagulants than those managed solely conventional methods. Thus, a control group 23.4 per cent died as compared only 16 similar series patients. Similarly, recognized clinically was 41.8 13.1 receiving bishydroxycoumarin (dicumarol®). From these significant statistical differences, Wright his associates concluded it is important to give anticoagulant therapy all coronary occlusion infarction, "since impossible predict from condition patient during first week whether will develop subsequent weeks death occur them."
