摘要: Abstract In this paper, I will suggest that the current Programme Management paradigm is strictly performance-based. aim to demonstrate there a need for both performance and learning process in management of programmes. Following demonstration, value can be combined with project form an integrated learning-performance programme model. further develop concept by identifying some specific methods techniques which used implement such also recommend iterated application model, throughout life cycle from strategic choice, business objectives feasibility, through planning appraisal, finally termination.
