摘要: Highly crystalline, phase- and size-controlled CoO nanocrystals of hexagonal cubic phases have been prepared by thermal decomposition Co(acac)3 in oleylamine under an inert atmosphere. Kinetic thermodynamic control for the precursor formation leads to two different seeds at higher temperatures. The crystal size both can be easily manipulated changing concentration reaction temperature.
