摘要: Abstract This work proposes to consider the quality of roof-collected rainwater as sum three main stages. In first one, rainfall washes out urban atmosphere and scavenges contaminants from aerosols, gases thin volatile particles. The second stage refers catchment, in which occurs contamination due wash-off particles settled on roof’s surface well scavenging roofing materials. third first-flush, storage plumbing system. each stage, different processes take place add specific initial precipitation. Only after discard high-polluted rainwater, some physical (sedimentation pH increase) can also improve harvest. With this approach, it is offered a clear view overall that harvesting most common microbiological physicochemical be found system were regarded, together with eventual presence waterborne pathogens emerging chemical contaminants, according an extensive review 172 previous scientific technical works.
