摘要: Carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were in detail characterized by XRD, XPS, FTIR, and thermogravimetric measurements. Carboxylic acid groups functionalized to MWNTs under aqueous condition. The changes of sonication reflux conditions rarely influenced the degree carboxylation on MWNTs, but decreased thermal stability resultant carboxylated MWNTs. XRD results showed that diffraction peaks (100), (101), (102) pristine disappeared after treatment, peak (002) was Preserved introduction carboxylic caused improve dispersibility water.
