So it's important to bring forward advantage and necessity XML-DA on web service technology. transmission plant across internet have been facilitated, meanwhile, data fusion between MIS (Management Information System) FCS (Field Control promoted. This paper presents scheme middleware realized by mean “gSoap” development kit. interface could be connected with XML (Extensive Makeup Language) / SOAP (Simple Access Protocol). experiment justifies high efficiency feasibility communications.
