摘要: Given the lack of data on heat pump performance in customers’ homes, Energy Saving Trust partnership with Open University undertook first large-scale field trial UK to determine how pumps perform real-life conditions. The year-long monitored technical and customer behaviour observed at 83 sites across UK. findings provide valuable information about factors that affect success a domestic installation. Instead revealing outcomes along statistical grounds, or acting as “brand-vs-brand” competition, discussion key points interest potential consumers, including: • Measured coefficient (COP) system efficiency • Installation practices (both design performance) • Customer (contribution by University) • Heating patterns average internal temperatures • Economics This report makes recommendations for installers, manufacturers policy makers, identifies areas require additional investigation research.
