摘要: Multiple line laser scan sintering of a two-component metal powder layer on top the sintered layers with moving circular Gaussian beam is modeled numerically. The overlap between adjacent lines to achieve enhanced bonding taken into account. binding newly and existing underneath through melting also considered. governing equation formulated by temperature-transforming model partial shrinkage induced liquid flow molten low point powders, which driven capillary gravity forces, Darcy’s law. effects dominant processing parameters, including intensity, scanning speed number underneath, shape heat affected zone (HAZ) are investigated.
