摘要: On the basis of extensive basic and clinical studies, corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) its related family members are considered to play a pivotal role in stress-related disorders, such as anxiety depression. CRH is regarded principal mediator brain stress response, it mediates neuroendocrine, autonomic, behavioral responses stressful challenges. Recently, this neuropeptide has expanded due discovery two new members, urocortin II (also termed stresscopin-related peptide) III stresscopin), which selective agonists for receptor type 2. They show discrete neuroanatomical localization involved stress-coping responses, anxiolysis. Here, on recent developments, we suggest that CRH, urocortins, their receptors form complex system brain, recruited during both acute recovery phases response.
