摘要: Extracellular α-glucosidase, β-glucosidase, and aminopeptidase activity variations (measured by use of fluorogenic substrate analogs) at a coastal station in the Mediterranean Sea were investigated over 1-year period. A 27-h cycle daily measurements made summer situation. We observed strong relative diurnal variations, compared to seasonal α- β-glucosidase. Within 24 h, 0–100% both β-glucosidase found dissolved phase. The activities did not show variation, but day similar magnitude changes. Consistently, high proportions all three enzymes phase on scale. Seasonal 50- 100-m depths showed weak negative dependency depth for extracellular enzyme activity. potential importance hourly changes free is considered.
