摘要: Abstract The physio-ecological requirements of germination and early achene growth a population Typha latifolia L. were studied. effects constant (10, 20 30°C) or alternating ( 10 20° , 30° C ) temperatures, photoperiod 12 8 16 6 18 4 2 22 0 24 h day/night), after-ripening time culture medium salinity (NaCl) on assessed. Results showed that required light temperatures (optimal results at with photo-thermoperiod). In these conditions the trend no appreciable variation during first year after-ripening. presence more than 0.1 M NaCl in caused significant reduction percentage seeds germinating, inhibited further seedling growth. can, therefore, be considered helio-thermophilic glycophilic species, least stages.
